"Quarter to Three" s a popular song written and sung by Gary U.S. Bonds that was a number-one song in the United States during the year 1961. It topped the Billboard magazine chart on June 26, 1961 and remained there for two weeks. The song was sung regularly by Bruce Springsteen as an encore before he was famous.cite book
