EMI v MP3tunes

'EMI v MP3tunes' is a case which took place in the USA where EMI demanded the company MP3tunes reveal the contents of its users personal file stores, file stores which in total contained 300 terabytes of personal data. The judge ruled in favour of MP3tunes.
