Giorgio Borruso

Giorgio Borruso is an Italian architect, best known for his innovative experiential designs for international retail fashion houses. Educated at universities in Italy and Spain, in 2000 Borruso relocated his firm Giorgio Borruso Design in Venice, Los Angeles, California.

Borruso first came to worldwide attention in 2001 with Miss Sixty showroom in South Coast Plaza. To date, his works have appeared in over one thousand publications, have received over eighty international design awards, and have become integral part of museum collections worldwide, including the [http://www.chi-athenaeum.org/ Chicago Athenaeum] and the [http://www.red-dot.de/ Red Dot Museum] in Essen, Germany.
