- Cauvin Bank
Cauvin Bank is a wholly submerged
atoll structure in the Southern PartChagos Archipelago at coord|6|46|S|172|22|E|source:enwiki-plaintext-parser|display=title,inline, just about 7 km South of the Southeastern corner of the rim of theGreat Chagos Bank . It is roughly circular in shape, with a diameter of 4 km, and an area of about 12 km². There are least depths between 9 and 11 meters in the Northern part of the reef. The closest land is the Northernmost part ofDiego Garcia atoll, Middle Island, 45 km to the South.External links
