Rudy Minarcin

Rudy Anthony Minarcin ["Buster"] (born March 25, 1930 in North Vandergrift, Pennsylvania) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played from by|1955 throuh by|1957 for the Cincinnati Redlegs (1955) and Boston Red Sox (1956-1957). Listed at 6' 0", 195 lb., he batted and threw right-handed. In a three-season career, Minarcin posted a 6-9 record with a 4.66 ERA in 70 appearances, including 13 starts, three complete games, one shutout, three saves, 70 strikeouts, 89 walks, and 170.0 innings of work.
