Dwyer was also featured on the
Golf Channels BIg Break VI: Trump national. The Big Break is a show where women, men or both come together to play in a reality show where they do crazy golf stuff including hitting golf balls through glass. In the Big Break VI Bridget Dwyer lasted through the competition making herself one of the most or even the most talented golfer there. After beating out Ashley Gomes in a one hole playoff hole. Bridget Dwyer advanced to the final round competing against Brianna Vega. Brianna Vega was considered an under dog in the beginning of the show but as her game got better so did the mental part.Brianna Vega seemed a little intense during the round when Dwyer was chipping she asked Vega (how was already on the green) to pull the pin for her. Vega was not happy about the request and stormed off the green with the pin saying "I'm not her frickin caddy." After nine holes of match play Dwyer and Vega were all square. After Dwyer narrowly missed chipping in from the sand on the 16th hole Vega made an incredible hole out from the fringe.Being two down with two to play Dwyer needed to win the last two holes, what looked as an incredible shot turned out to be about 25 feet from the hole on the challenging 17th par 3. Vega hit a great shot to about 12 feet. Dwyer hit a great put that nearly dropped after conceding the hole Vega knocked in her putt for birdie. After the girls side of the show (how had been favoring Vega the entire episode) picked her up and threw Vega into the water. Vega won a Cadillac Escalade a $10,000 sponsorship fromAdams Golf a Mcdonalds gift card, a Dicks sporting goods gift card, and last of all for the rest of the 2006 year Duramed Futures Tour tournaments were paid for.Even though Dwyer was disappointed of the outcome she held her head up high and took the experince from the show as nothing but a positive one she says that having 16 cameras in her face was a lot like being in the US open and the experience can only make her more stronger.References
