LoveCat Music is a USA-based independent record company and music publisher, founded in 1999. It originally focused on independent rock -- notably Evan Olson and Los Straitjackets. Since then the label has grown and diversified into releasing latin (Cesar Mora, Los Niños de Sara, Latin Soul Syndicate, the Latin Moderns compilation series), ethnic lounge (Angel Tears, Zino & Tommy), jazz (Bill Anschell, Four Piece Suit) and eclectic records such as Lotus Lounge.

In addition, some other artists are signed only to LoveCat's music publishing company (Madder Rose, Mary Lorson & Saint Low, Seb Taylor aka Kaya Project, Athenaeum (band)). Songs from the LoveCat catalog are licensed in various films and TV shows including The Incredible Hulk (film), The Sopranos [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_on_The_Sopranos] , Sex and The City, The Devil Wears Prada (film) and Spongebob Squarepants.
