Samuel Pérez Quiñones C. A., DMA, Applied Music (Piano),
University of Michigan is a Puerto Ricanpianist with adoctorate degree in Music Arts. He is a faculty member of the Music Department of theUniversity of Puerto Rico , Rio Piedras Campus. Perez has vast experience traveling throughEurope and theUnited States , exposing his intense talent on the wooden instrument.In 2003 he conducted a series of six concerts in Germany and Austria where he had tremendous appraisal at the piano concerto in
Himmelkron Castle inBayreuth . In Austria he was soloist for theSt. Oswald-Moderbrugg band and also interpreted pieces by Mozart, Albéniz, Liszt and Rachmaninoff.
