Jatto Ceesay (Banjul, 16 November 1974) is a Gambian professional footballer, who currently plays for AEP Paphos. He also played for Wallidan Sens (Gambia), Willem II Tilburg (Netherlands), Al-Hilal (Saudi Arabia), AEK Larnaca (Cyprus) and FC Omniworld (Netherlands).Ceesay is famous for HIs enormous speed, which he is a scourge for any defender.

Career

Ceesay started play football as a small little boy with at the Gambian Wallidan Sens. As a young boy he left to the Netherlands. At 20-years of age made his debut for Willem II. After 8 seasons in which he was fixed value, he left in the summer of 2003, because he financially to the ground drunk, to Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia.

This adventure was seen sport-loving no success and he returned in the winter top of 2004 to Willem II. He would play competition games still seven for the Tilburgers in the season 2003/2004. The season then was Ceesay especially stopgap. Partly due to the presence of Kevin Bobson, Martijn Reuser and Anouar Hadouir he came to only 14 appearances. There he scored 4 times. Also in the season 2005/2006 the input of the Gambian had been limited. Eventually he would leave in the winter top thus to AEK Larnaca, where he was with Raymond Victoria and Donny de Groot were large of the sterkhouders.In the summer of 2007 these two players left Cyprus. Ceesay followed and returned to the Netherlands, where he will play soccer for FC Omniworld.
