The yellowfin bream, "Acanthopagrus australis", (also known as the surf bream, silver bream, eastern black bream and sea bream) is a species of marine and freshwater fish of the porgy family, Sparidae. It is a deep-bodied fish, occasionally confused with other similar species that occur within its range, but is generally distinguished from these species by its yellow ventral and anal fins.

It is found off the coast of Australia from Townsville in North Queensland south to the Gippsland Lakes region in eastern Victoria.
