Poland . Located in thePodlaskie Voivodeship , about 150 km northeast ofWarsaw , it is the capital ofKolno County . It has 10,730 inhabitants (2007). In July 1941, the entire Jewish population of Kolno was murdered by German killing squads, with the assistance of local Poles.External links
