List of Rosario + Vampire episodes

This is a list of episodes for the "Rosario + Vampire" anime series. The anime is produced by Gonzo. It consisted of 13 episodes which aired in Japan from January 3, 2008 to March 27, 2008. The episodes are directed by Takayuki Inagaki and composed by Hiroshi Yamaguchi. The anime characters are designed by Mariko Fujita in reference to the manga characters. The opening theme; "COSMIC LOVE", and the ending theme; "Dancing in the Velvet Moon", are both sung by Nana Mizuki. The opening theme also doubled as the ending theme for episodes 1 and 13. Both the opening and ending themes were constantly being changed, each one featuring different themes and scenes, though at times the changes were minor. These changes eventually stabalized around episode 7, the opening scene only featuring certain scenes from the respective episodes, while the ending theme remained the same till the end.

A sequel to the first season of the anime dubbed "Rosario + Vampire Capu2" will start airing in Japan first on TV Osaka on October 2, 2008 and subsequently on various other stations. The Seiyūs of the first season are returning to voice the same characters in the second season. It will continue the story of the first 13-episode series, and introduce more characters from the manga as well as new anime-only characters. Two new pieces of theme music will be used, one opening and one ending theme. The opening theme is titled "DISCOTHEQUE" while the ending theme is titled "Trinity Cross". Both themes are sung by Nana Mizuki, the Seiyū for Moka Akashiya from the series.
