Kambaksh

On the death on 3 March 1707 of the great Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, Kambaksh, his fifth son and governor of Deccan, proclaimed himself Badshah. He was defeated and killed by Shah Alam I Bahadur after ruling for some months from 1707-1708.
