Augustine Broach

Augustine Montgomery Broach (August 8, 1861 – March 7, 1938) was the Postmaster of the King and Queen County Broach Post Office. He was locally famous for having 21 children with wife Blanche Hutchinson Broach. The Broach Post Office was established on June 23, 1909, and was discontinued on April 30, 1913. A. M. Broach was the only Postmaster during this period. After the discontinuation of the Broach Post Office, the mail was passed to the post office in the Town of Biscoe.
