national anthem of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The song was first officially used in 1967, and was adopted as the national anthem at the same time as independence in 1979. The lyrics were written by Mrs. Phyllis Punnett and the music created by Mr. Joel Miguel.The lyrics to St. Vincent, Land so Beautiful are as follows:
