Vincent Waite (26 February 1949 - 5 July 2003) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Carlton in the VFL. His son Jarrad followed in his footsteps and plays with Carlton, acquired under the Father-son rule.

A defender, Vin Waite was a premiership played with Carlton in 1970 and 1972 as well as playing in two losing Grand Finals. He represented the Victorian interstate team in 1971.

In 2003 he suffered a heart attack and died at the age of 54.
