Cherry Hill Mall is located at 2000 Route 38 in Cherry Hill,
New Jersey 08002 and is bound by Rt 38, Haddonfield Road, Church Road, and Cherry Hill Mall Drive. The center was designed, built, and managed by The Rouse Company. Rouse reorganized as a 'Real Estate Investment Trust' in 1994 and became known as
Liberty Property Trust . Liberty sold its shopping center portfolio to Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) in 2003 as PREIT converted its holdings from residential to retail. The mall has a

New Jersey . In fact, the town was named Cherry Hill in a voter referendum due to the development of a new US Postal Service office for the region, and historical ties to Cherry Hill Farm, which once occupied land opposite the current mall site.Renovation & Expansion
Currently, Cherry Hill Mall is under construction inside and out to become South Jersey's only upscale mall. A parking deck and new Grand Court are in progress, along with approximately 140,000 sqare feet of new retail space. The food court has been relocated to the north end of the complex (now the Cherry Hill Cafes), and about six new restaurants will be constructed.
The mall's south-facing facade along Rt 38 will become known as Bistro Row, and the changes will turn the facade of the mall inside-out, creating new access points to the structure with new facades and entrances.
Nordstrom will build a new department store where the now-demolishedStrawbridge's department store once stood, which was convert|258000|sqft|m2|-2|abbr=on.
