Primary State Highway 16, was a highway in the state of Washington, U.S.A., from 1931 to 1964. PSH 16's route extended from Fredonia in the west, to Pateros in the east.
In 1964, PSH 16 became part of SR 20 from Fredonia to Twisp and then from Twisp to Pateros PSH 16 became SR 153.

Unnamed branch 1
PSH 16¹ started at PSH 16 in Twisp and went easy to PSH 10 in Okanogan. It was created in 1949.
Unnamed branch 2
PSH 16² started at PSH 16¹ near Okanogan and went south to PSH 10 near Malott (across the Okanogan River bridge). It became an unnumbered auxiliary route of SR 20 in 1964. In 1973, the route was designated as SR 213, but was never built nor singed. The original route was created in 1959.
