Balkavi

Balkavi

Tryambak Bapuji Thombre (1890-1918) was a famous poet whose pen-name was 'Balkavi'.

His poems deal with his love of nature and are marked by exuberant language. He died in an accident at a very young age. It is hinted that he committed suicide.
