From here it flows for about convert|30|mi|km|0|lk=on, being fed by theRiver Meese and theRiver Roden , until it joins theRiver Severn nearAttingham Park ,Atcham .At
Longdon-on-Tern , the Tern is spanned by the world's first large-scalecast iron navigableaqueduct , designed byThomas Telford to carry theShrewsbury Canal . The convert|62|yd|m|0 long structure still stands today, but is marooned in the middle of a field.The River Roden is a major tributary of the Tern.
