Sir Thomas Edward Winnington (1780 – 24 September 1839) of Stanford Court, Worcestershire was the 3rd Baronet. He inherited the Stanford Court estate from his father in 1805. He served as MP for Droitwich from 1807 to 1816 and again from 1831 to 1832 and for Bewdley from 1832 to 1837, when he was succeeded there by his son the 4th baronet.
