Goon Moon is an American rock band composed of Jeordie White (also known as Twiggy Ramirez from Marilyn Manson) and Chris Goss. The band released a mini-LP called "I Got a Brand New Egg-Layin' Machine" and have since recorded a full-length album "Licker's Last Leg" [http://www.nme.com/news/queens-of-the-stone-age/27760 "Queens Of The Stone Age Producer Readies Side Project"] , NME.com, 18 April 2007] , which was released on May 8, 2007. The album features cameos from longtime Goss collaborator Josh Homme, Josh Freese, [ [http://music.ign.com/articles/781/781366p1.html "NIN Meet QOTSA: Goon Moon to wane over June"] , IGN.com, April 17, 2007.] as well as desert rock mainstay Dave Catching. Jeordie has once again adopted the Twiggy Ramirez stage name and has rejoined Marilyn Manson as of January 9when. The Goon Moon My Space page states that the band are still together and that future releases are on the horizon.
