Rob McKinnon (born 31 July 1966) is a retired Scottish football player who played in England for Newcastle United, Hartlepool United and Carlisle United, in Scotland for Motherwell, Hearts and Clydebank, and in the Netherlands for FC Twente. He was capped three times by Scotland.
