Allen Gabriel McDill (born
August 23 , 1971 inGreenville, Mississippi ) is a formerleft-handed specialist inMajor League Baseball who pitched from 1997 through 2001 for theKansas City Royals (1997-98),Detroit Tigers (2000) andBoston Red Sox (2001). Listed at 6' 0", 155 lb., he studied at theArkansas Tech University .In a four-season career, McCarthy posted a 7.79 ERA in 38 appearances, including 11
