Activities

Unitronics Ltd. and its fully owned subsidiary Unitronics, Inc. (jointly "Unitronics") have two principle fields of activity, which are implemented by two business divisions, a Systems Division and a products Division.

Through its Systems Division, Unitronics engages in the design, engineering, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of automated parking, automated warehouses and automated distribution centers, including the construction of new systems and/or upgrading and re-activation of existing systems.

Through the Products Division, Unitronics engages in the design, development, production, marketing, sales and support of its products, primarily a range of series of state-of-the-art PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) which are designed to manage and control machines that perform automatic operations. In addition, PLCs are used in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and logistic systems for industrial goods and cars. Unitronics' products also include software packages for management of logistic systems (warehouse and parking systems) and production floors.

The products and services of Unitronics are marketed and distributed by the Company's internal marketing staff, as well as a network of about 140 distributors worldwide, North America Western Region in Los Angeles, California, along with its fully owned subsidiary in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Unitronics employs more than 150 people in Israel and the U.S.A. in all fields of activity, ranging from research and development, engineering, production, logistics, marketing and sales, to support and administration, as well as over 200 subcontractors for on-going projects in various fields.
