410@Steeles Business Park

410@Steeles Business Park (sometimes simply "410@Steeles") is a Master-Planned Business Park in the Greater Toronto Area. It is located in the corner of Rutherford Road and Steeles Avenue East, near the Highway 410, in Brampton, Ontario. This business park possesses many characteristics to suit the employees and customers such as its parking, high quality landscaping, retail stores, and highly efficient warehouse buildings.

Total area of the business park is 60.8 acres, originally constructed in the 1960s. The existing buildings were demolished making a way for a brand new art business park, which will comprise up to 20 buildings of over convert|750000|sqft|m2 with a mix of retail, industrial and retail/commercial use. First retail store was Lowe's, making this park to have one of the first three Lowe's store outside of the United States.
