Stephen Clifford, also known by the nickname "Bomber" Clifford (born 18 September 1956) is a former Australian rules footballer in the South Australian National Football League, playing for the Port Adelaide Magpies and in the Victorian Football League, playing for the Collingwood Football Club.

Clifford spent 1972-1977 as a fringe player at Collingwood, playing only 38 games before being recruited to Port Adelaide in 1978. Clifford won the club's best & fairest award in his debut year, and also in 1980 and 1983. Clifford played in Port Adelaide's premiership teams of 1979, 1980, and 1981. While Clifford may be less remembered than other higher-profile Port players of his era, the fact that he won 3 club best & fairest awards over a 6 year period is testament to his talent and consistency.
