Fritz Korbach (born 18 July 1945 in Diez an der Lahn) is a retired German football player and manager who, after a brief playing career with Patria Zeist, spent the majority of his management career in the Netherlands, managing such clubs as FC Wageningen, FC Zwolle, FC Volendam, FC Twente, SC Cambuur, Go Ahead Eagles, SC Heerenveen, De Graafschap, Heracles Almelo, Sparta Rotterdam (where his management spell famously lasted only two days [cite web|url=http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2008/aug/19/benchwarmers|title=Who is football's most successful bench-warmer?|date=2008-08-20|accessdate=2008-08-20|author=Ben McFarland|publisher=The Guardian] ), ROHDA Raalte and Harkemase Boys. He also managed PSM Makassar in Indonesia.

Korbach became well-known for leading mediocre Eerste Divisie sides to the Eredivisie. This sudden change in achievements has become known in the Netherlands as the 'Korbach-effect'.
