Brandywine Zoo

Brandywine Zoo is a zoo located in Brandywine Park in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. It is open seven days a week. The zoo was founded in 1905. [ [http://www.brandywinezoo.org/zooinfo.html Official website FAQ page] ]

It is managed by the Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation with the support of the Delaware Zoological Society. The zoo is a member of the American Zoo and Aquarium Association. [ [http://www.brandywinezoo.org/visitorinfo.html Official website's visitor page] ]

Recent Events

2006- A clouded leopard was placed at the zoo.2007- One of the Siberian Tigers died, leaving only Ashley.A bobcat died.2008- The zoo received a new bobcat, Squeakers who was born in November of '07.
