Glenn Alfred Beckert (born October 12, 1940 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a former Major League Baseball second baseman best remembered for his years with the Chicago Cubs. Beckert, a four-time All-Star, was signed by the Boston Red Sox as an amateur free agent in 1962. In 1968, he led the league in runs and won the National League Gold Glove Award for second baseman.
