- Canadian Forces Air Transport Command
Canadian Forces Air Transport Command was a command of the
Canadian Forces created in 1968.This command was responsible for strategic airlift and refueling aircraft, as well as primary role being to transport ground troops from Mobile Command to and from distant conflict zones in Europe.
The command was eliminated in 1975 when the command structure was simplified. The squadrons are now assigned to Wings and under the overall
