The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ciudad Bolívar (Latin: Civitatis Bolivaren(sis)) is an archdiocese located in the city of Ciudad Bolívar in Venezuela.

History

• May 20, 1790: Established as Diocese of Santo Tomás de Guayana from the Diocese of Puerto Rico in Puerto Rico
• January 20, 1953: Renamed as Diocese of Ciudad Bolívar
• June 21, 1958: Promoted as Metropolitan Archdiocese of Ciudad Bolívar
