Jeffrey 'Jeff' Minton (b. 1973-12-28) is a English football player who played for Tottenham Hotspur, Brighton & Hove Albion, Port Vale, Rotherham United and Leyton Orient between 1992 and 2002 and is now playing non-league football for Chelmsford City.

Career

He joined Port Vale on a free transfer in June 1999. Following a defeat to non-league Canvey Island in the FA Cup, he and four other players were placed on the transfer list in December 2000.
