Life
Fernando Fernández de Ovando was a son of Fernando Fernández de Ovando and wife. He was created 1st Count of Torrelaguna and 1st Count of Uceda by mercy of Sancho IV of Castile.
He married Ora Blázquez Trillo, Lady of Talamanca and of the Habit of Santiago. Their second son Fernando Fernández de Ovando married Francisca de Ulloa, parents of Diego Fernández de Ovando.
