Karl Plutus (born September 11, 1904) is the oldest verified living Estonian man. He was born in Kolu mansion, Virumaa.

Plutus spent his childhood in Eastern Estonia and Saint Petersburg, where his family had moved to in 1913, [ [http://www.parnupostimees.ee/250806/esileht/artiklid/10066820.php Pärnu Postimees: Sajandivanune mees hoiab end vormis kalapüügiga] et icon] and witnessed the October Revolution. During The Second World War he was in Soviet rear and wasn't sent to the front line. He studied law instead and became a jurist. He worked in this occupation until 1992, when he finally retired.
