Ricau de Tarascon

Ricau de Tarascon

Ricau, Ricautz, or Richaut de Tarascon was a Provençal knight and troubadour from Tarascon. His "vida" portrays him as a good "servant" of ladies. He wrote both "sirventes" and "cansos", but only two songs survive: one "canso" and one "tenso", "Cabrit, al mieu vejaire", probably with Gui de Cavalhon.
