Rosane Malta Collor de Mello was the Brazilian First Lady during the presidency of her husband, Fernando Collor de Mello. Rosane was Collor's second wife and part of the politically powerful Malta family of Alagoas.

As first lady, she was given the honorary position of president of the Legião Brasileira de Assistência (LBA), a welfare organization, a position she left in 1991. LBA was extinguished by Fernando Collor's orders in 1991. In 1992 she was accused of embezzling funds from the LBA and directing them to friends and family. The Brazilian courts decided that Rosane wasn't guilty of any crime. Visible rifts occurred between Rosane and Fernando Collor during his presidency, to the extent that the President appeared in public without his wedding ring. The two never had children and as of 2005, they were divorced.
