Nonassurance services

Nonassurance services provided by CPAs include accounting and bookkeeping services, tax services, and management consulting services. Nonassurance services differ from assurance services. Most accounting and bookkeeping services, tax services, and management consulting services fall outside the scope of assurance services, although there is some common area of overlap between consulting and assurance services.this overlap will be considered only when the primary purpose of both non-assurance service and assurance service is same i.e improve the quality of information. Otherwise the primary purpose of a non-assurance service is to generate a recommendation to the client.
