Arthur Phebey

Arthur Henry Phebey (October 1, 1924 – June 28, 1998) was an English cricketerciteweb|url=http://content-usa.cricinfo.com/england/content/player/18920.html|title=Cricinfo - Players and Officials - Arthur Phebey|accessdate=2008-03-01] . His entire first-class career was played for Kent County Cricket Club.

In a career spanning eighteen years, Phebey made 327 appearances for Kent as a right-handed batsman.
