Richard Milhous Nixon administration organized byH. R. Haldeman andJohn Ehrlichman soon after Nixon took office. Principal field operatives wereJack Caulfield , appointed as Staff Assistant to the President in April,1969 , andAnthony Ulasewicz . SenatorTed Kennedy was one of their targets, round-the-clock surveillance was ordered on him.References
