- Goulbi de Maradi river
The Goulbi de Maradi river is a river in south central
Niger and north centralNigeria . Between its source nearKatsina in Nigeria, and its end in theRima River , the Goulbi de Maradi never flows more than 30 miles from the Niger/Nigeria border. Though important for agriculture and pastoralism, and flowing through the Nigerien cities ofMaradi ,Guidan Roumdji , andMadarounfa , the Goulbi de Maradi a seasonal river and flows only during the rainy season.References
