Nuvio's target market is small to medium-sized businesses with products being distributed through direct, indirect and wholesale channels.
Nuvio is headquartered in Overland Park, KS with regional offices in San Clemente, CA and partners and resellers located across the United States.
In September 2009 Nuvio released a new version of its Hosted pbx software that included increased stability, usability and features.[1]
In 2007 it sued Garmin for trademark infringement.[2]

- nPBX - Standard Hosted PBX system, featuring voicemail, voicemail-to-email, find me/follow me, call director, call scheduling and a web-based management portal. nPBX is also available in a basic version with limited features.
- nConnect - SIP Trunking solution for companies with an existing PBX. Provides a dedicated direct-inward-dial number, multiple SIP sessions and inbound/outbound dialing.
Additional features such as virtual numbers and extensions are available as add-ons for an additional charge.
