History

The band started out being brothers Adam and Dave O'Rourke when Adam was 15. In an interview with INK19, Adam admits that both he and his brother were not very good at their instruments, but thought it was cool to say that they had a bandFact|date=March 2008. The other positions were filled by bassist Jim Harris, Singer Will Whitlock, and guitarist Dean Woodward. Will left the band soon after and Adam took over vocals. Soon after Jim Harris left the band too and was replaced by Jesse "J-Bone" Fishman.

With a full band they recorded an album called "Victims of Pop Culture" featuring a collection of demos. With no radio airplay, the band got a slot on the 2003 VANS Warped Tour. While making no money from the tour, they managed to make a living from selling merchandise and spreading the word of the band.

Recent events

In 2006, They released "Lost at Sea" on Gotizm/Atlantic Records. They toured opening for GWAR, Buckcherry, Killswitch Engage, Pennywise, Static-X, Chevelle, and Rise Against in support of it. They also got a chance to play some major festivals including the KFMAday in Tucson, Arizona and HFSTival in Baltimore. With the bands popularity growing, they were able to get a slot on the first annual Rock on the Range festival in Columbus, Ohio playing to a sold out crowd of over 40,000 people. They wrapped up touring for "Lost at Sea" around November 2007. Jesse Fishman left the band in February, 2008. Currently, they are recording their follow up to "Lost At Sea". Jason Wendell replaced Jesse Fishman on the bass guitar.
