Nigel Roy's position of choice was on the Wing, but he could also operate as a Fullback and in the Centres.

He played for Illawarra Steelers, North Sydney Bears, the ill fated Northern Eagles and the London Broncos in the European Super League.

After meeting his idol @RoySundborg at a Bulldogs game it is believed he adopted the last name Roy to emulate his hero.
