Paul Culshaw (born 1968 in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, England) is a British convicted murderer and sex offender.

On 17 February 2005, he was found guilty of murdering Clare Benson-Jowry, a 23-year-old mother-of-one who was murdered in Lancaster. She was last seen alive in June 2004, and her body was found on 15 July 2004. [http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/lancashire/4255209.stm]
