Al Rosas, CCP is a Floridan organic farmer. Nicknamed and trademarked as The Organic Chef, he runs the Rosas Farms in Marion County, which produces and sells all grass-fed and organic foods. In 2008, Rosas is publishing a cookbook of organic recipes, titled "The Organic Chef". In January this year, he was awarded the Culinary Entrepreneur of the Year award by the Cordon Do'r for his innovation in producing and marketing organic foods. He was also awarded Walt Drigger's Environmentalist of the Year, Minority Business of The Year and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Blue Ribbon Award. He will be presenting a culinary demonstration at the 2008 All Things Organic in Chicago. Chef Al is represented by Evan Morganstein of PMGChefs and Premier Management Group. Rosas Farms is a Gallo Wines Gold Medal Best Artisan Product Finalist 2007 and 2008.

Al Rosas, owner of Rosas Farms was recently awarded Sustainable Florida Best Business Practice Award in Tallahassee on June 9, 2008 by the Collins Center. Chef Rosas presented a culinary demonstration at All Things Organic on April 29th, 2008 in Chicago at McCormick Center with other chefs such as Bobby Flay and Rick Bayless. Chef Rosas and wife Erin are keynote speakers for the Sustainable Florida 2008 Conference in Orlando and have been featured guest speakers for the Master's Summit Building Health and Wellness Summit.
