WyoTech, formerly known as Wyoming Technical Institute [http://www.wyotech.edu/wyotech-experience/about What You Might Not Know About WyoTech] , is a for-profit college system founded in Laramie, Wyoming, in 1966. Initially an automotive-themed school, under the ownership of Corinthian Colleges, Inc., WyoTech now offers courses in other mechanical oriented trades.

Accreditation

Wyoming Technical Institute is nationally accredited. National accreditation should not be confused with regional accreditation. Most public and private universities are regionally accredited and will not accept credits or degrees from nationally accredited institutions for transfer. Fields of Study

WyoTech degrees are completed in nine months with add-on classes lasting three months each. All programs or study are not available at every campus.
