The Bode is a 140 km long river in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, left tributary of the Saale. Its source is in the Harz mountains. It flows through the cities Quedlinburg, Oschersleben, Egeln and Staßfurt, before flowing into the Saale near Bernburg.
