Hope railway station serves the villages of Hope and Brough in the Derbyshire Peak District of England.
The station lies between the two villages, around 1 km east of Hope, and also serves Bradwell and Castleton, the latter being a notable tourist spot, famous for its caravans and the gemstone called Blue John.
It was opened in 1894 on the Midland Railway's Dore and Chinley line (now known as the Hope Valley Line).
Just west of Hope the line passes between Win Hill (1523 feet) and Lose Hill (1563 feet).

The typical off-peak service from the station is one train every two hours to Sheffield and one to Manchester Piccadilly. This is increased on Saturdays to one train per hour in each direction and on Sundays the service is two-hourly.
Occasionally East Midlands Trains services between Manchester Piccadilly and Sheffield stop at this station.
