Thee Mr. Duran Show is a live variety television show on
Hacienda Heights, California cable access channel KCAT TV, Channel 3. It airs on Wednesdays at 8:00p.m. in theSan Gabriel Valley area, in select viewing areas onTime Warner Cable , and streams online via KCAT TV's [http://www.kcat.tv website] . The show is hosted by Richard Duran, and filmed at KCAT TV, whose studio is located on the campus ofGlen A. Wilson High School . The show originally debuted atEast L.A. Community Television (formerly Buenavision Cable) in November 2000, before relocating to KCAT in March 2004. Thee Mr. Duran Show routinely features one live band, performing for approximately 30 minutes, and one to two speaking guests. The use of "Thee" in the title is an homage to the 1960sChicano rock bands out of East L.A., where Duran grew up, such as Thee Midniters.Notable guests
